要符合「社卓越獎」的資格，社必須在本年度開始時即是資格完備的有活力社，或在收到繳款單(Invoice)後立即付清繳款單所有餘額。要驗證貴社是否資格完備，請至國際扶輪網站在My Rotary > Click on Club Name > Finance> Club Invoice。您的outstanding balance(未結清餘額)應為$0.00。繳款單應於1月中旬和7月中旬郵寄的期限前寄出。
扶青社的領導人可進入扶輪社中央系統(Rotary Club Central)，並從下列目標中選擇至少一半該社希望適用於得獎的目標。這種靈活性使貴社可以選擇最息息相關且最可達成的目標。貴社有整個扶輪年度來達成目標進而獲得此獎。此外，有許多目標可以自行透過在扶輪社中央系統標記為achieved(已達成)完成通報。社必須在6月30日前達成至少半數的目標才有資格得獎。
要達成「社卓越獎」(Club Excellent Award)：
1. 前往扶輪社中央系統
2. 查看可選的目標
3. 訂定至少半數目標
4. 達成這些目標
5. 在6月30日前到扶輪社中央系統填報貴社的成果
6. 收到社繳款單(club invoice)後立即付清
