扶輪獎(Rotary Citation) 將於2024年7月1日開始更名為「社卓越獎」(Club Excellent Award)，表彰扶輪社在一整年的努力。採取行動來達成規定數目的得獎目標可協助扶輪社讓社員參與，保持在社區的重要性，並可讓運作更有效率。一個歡迎人們加入、高參與度的扶輪社也可反映出扶輪的價值觀。當扶輪社努力達成這些目標，它們對扶輪在未來長久的整體健全及文化也有助益。
要符合「社卓越獎」的資格，扶輪社必須在本年度開始時即是資格完備的有活力扶輪社，或在收到繳款單(Invoice)後立即付清繳款單所有餘額。要驗證貴社是否資格完備，請至國際扶輪網站在My Rotary > Click on Club Name > Finance> Club Invoice 【或在My Rotary > Knowledge & Resources > Club and District Administration > Club Administration(社行政管理)> Club Finances(社財務)之下查看貴社的daily club balance report(每日社餘額報告)】。您的outstanding balance(未結清餘額)應為$0.00。繳款單應於1月中旬和7月中旬郵寄的期限前寄出。
每個扶輪社的領導人可進入扶輪社中央系統(Rotary Club Central)，並從可選的目標中選擇希望達成得獎的目標。這種靈活性使扶輪社可以選擇最息息相關且最可達成的目標。此外，有許多目標可以自行透過在扶輪社中央系統標記為achieved(已達成)完成通報。社必須在6月30日達成至少半數的目標才有資格得獎。
要達成「社卓越獎」(Club Excellent Award)：
1. 前往扶輪社中央系統
2. 查看可選的目標
3. 訂定至少半數目標
4. 達成這些目標
5. 在6月30日到扶輪社中央系統填報貴社的成果
6. 收到社繳款單(club invoice)後立即付清
