目標及說明
「社卓越獎」(Club Excellence Award)，表彰社在一整年的努力。採取行動來達成規定數目的得獎目標可協助社讓社員參與，保持在社區的重要性，並可讓運作更有效率。一個令人感到受歡迎、有吸引力的社也反映出扶輪的價值觀。當社努力達成這些目標，它們對扶輪在未來長久的整體健全及文化也有助益。
要符合「社卓越獎」的資格，社必須在本年度開始時即是資格完備且有活力的社，或在收到繳款通知(Invoice)後立即付清繳款單所有餘額。要驗證貴社是否資格完備，請至國際扶輪網站的My Rotary > Click on Club Name > Finance> Club Invoice。您的outstanding balance(未結清餘額)應為$0.00。收到繳款通知時即應結清餘額。
每個社的領導人可進入扶輪社中央系統(Rotary Club Central)，並從可選的目標中選擇希望達成得獎的目標。這種靈活性使社可以選擇最息息相關且最可達成的目標。此外，有許多目標可以自行透過在扶輪社中央系統標記為achieved(已達成)完成通報。社必須在6月30日達成至少半數或13項的目標才有資格得獎。
要達成「社卓越獎」(Club Excellence Award)，請：
1. 前往扶輪社中央系統Rotary Club Central
2. 查看可選的目標
3. 訂定至少半數目標
4. 達成這些目標
5. 在6月30日到扶輪社中央系統填報貴社的成果
6. 收到社繳款單(club invoice)後立即付清
一旦進入扶輪社中央系統，如果你未在頁面中，請瀏覽左側的Club Goals (社目標)，請點選year (年度)，然後點選All tab(所有表單)來查看各項目標。得獎資格將視至6月30日止的目標達成情況而定。
